The real estate agent we had used previously turned out to be very dishonest and soured us on real estate agents in general. So when we found Ben, we were happily surprised to find someone who was a straight-shooter --- honest, super helpful, patient, knowledgeable and always on top of things. He is a gem in the field. With his help, we found something and closed in December. He has continued to help us even after the closing which always surprises people when I tell them. As we were working the deal, there were many times when it could have fallen through. However, Ben's diligence kept it moving forward to closing.
